Hi friends! Did you miss me?? My hiatus was nice, but I was getting antsy to write. My editorial calendar is set, my drafts are started and I’m all kinds of inspired!

For today’s shopping cart I want to share some pins from my Pinterest Style Board. I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before, but I am a Pinterest FIEND. Seriously, I need a little intervention, it’s out of hand!

Purple Long Sleeve Keyhole Dress – Eloquii

When you have tattoos in very visible places (I have 2 on each wrist) you tend to look for special occasion clothes to cover them. Don’t get me wrong – I am not ashamed of my tats at all!! But some occasions (church functions, meeting the boyfriend’s parents, etc) you want to be elegant and demure. This dress is so simple and elegant, but the color and keyhole keep it from being plain or dowdy. And did you see the sale price?? Be still my heart!

 

Owl necklace – Last Call

My love of owls is a long, sordid story (don’t worry, that post is coming up soon!) and the last thing I need is another owl necklace. But come on, how cute is this one? His little face is so precious…….. and he’s classy! What’s not to love??? Don’t judge my owl addiction……

Handcuff Bracelet – Bee Charming

I am not a big fan of the whole BDSM thing (believe me, I have NO love for all that 50 Shades of Grey nonsense) but I am totally loving this bracelet. It’s dainty and gold, but the handcuffs give it an edge. I would pair it with the sweetest most demure dress I own, just to give the outfit a bit of a tough edge. Classy right??

Colorblock Tank Dress – Eloquii

I pinned this a few weeks ago, and I can’t stop thinking about it. After looking at the first dress in this post and this one, two things are very clear to me; 1- Obviously, I am wanting more purple in my life, and 2- I really like Eloquii’s stuff! This is such a great work dress; it’s cardigan ready, and will work with heels or flats. Perfect for a romantical date too!
